Dogs SA affiliated Breed Clubs have been invited to participate in The Pet Show to be held at the Wayville Showgrounds on the weekend of 18 & 19 May.
The organisers have held similar events in collaboration with DOGS QLD, DOGS NSW and DOGS VIC. An important feature of these events is that only ANKC registered breeds will be in attendance, which presents an excellent opportunity for us to promote our breeds and the benefits of buying a pup from an ANKC registered breeder to the public.
There will be no charge for Breed Clubs to attend and take part, however the number of stands available is limited to 20 to 25, which will be allocated on a first in basis.
To enable clubs to fully consider whether to take part we have arranged for a representative of the organisers to attend a meeting of clubs to provide information and answer any questions that club representatives may have.
This meeting will be held on Monday 25th March at 7:00 in the bar area at David Roche Park. Clubs may have more than one representative at the meeting should they wish.

STAND BOOKING INCLUSIONS
The Pet Show will take care of your exhibition expenses and assign stands on a first-come, first-served basis. All participating Breed Clubs will enjoy the following advantages:

• No smaller than 6m x 2m (if you have specific size requirements, please contact us at time of booking)
• Carpet and 2.4m high walling
• Lighting and 1x power point
• Custom stand name sign with your Breed/Club name
Furniture
• 2x trestle tables, 4x chairs and 2x tablecloths
Parking
• 2x parking passes daily (max) for Sat & Sun
• Valid for the nearest carpark area to the venue
Online and printed exposure
• Your Club listed as an Exhibitor on The Pet Show website
• Your Club listed as an Exhibitor in the printed guide given to each family at the Show.
Other
• Dedicated Exhibitor lounge
• Dedicated animal rest/toileting area
Additional Furniture & Public Liability insurance are NOT included. However, we recommend checking whether these items are covered by your club’s insurance policy.
Load in and Set-up: Friday 17 May, 9am-6pm
Load out: Sunday 19 May, 4:30pm-8pm
