4. Nominations must be in writing on the prescribed form

Best in Show 2025: Australian Photographic Dog Prize

Best in Show 2025 celebrates the many ways dogs continue to play a central role in our lives. A joyful exhibition and moving tribute to the loyalty and beauty of dogs through the eyes of talented photographers across the country.

Entries were received from professional and amateur photographers and young photographers (12─18 years). Selected finalists’ photographs are exhibited in four distinct categories ─ dog portraits, dogs and companions, dogs in action, and puppies.

Best in Show 2025: Australian Photographic Dog Prize offers a first prize of $5000 and the young photographer a first prize of $500. Visit the exhibition and vote for the People’s Choice Award of $500. Co-judges for Best in Show 2025 are Robert Reason, Director of David Roche Gallery and Alex Cearns OAM. Alex is an internationally renowned animal photographer and respected judge based in Perth.

Please be advised the Kerry Loo toilets are open for Members at Show training classes. The bathroom in the Marsula Brine is not for use on Wednesday nights.

Please remember there is a SPEED LIMIT at DOGS SA

Dogs SA Office are always happy to post you a card if you are unable to view online at a cost of $5.00.
