CURRENT BOOKING FORM EFFECTIVE JUNE 2022 >>Reserving Sites for Commercial Marquees – Effective 06062022
1. When booking a commercial marquee site an application must be made to the Dogs SA office no less than 10 working days prior to the event. The booking must be accompanied by the non-refundable prescribed fee of $50.00 (we do not hire the Marquees you will need to book from a Dogs SA approved company). Any changes made to your booking from the original paperwork submitted to the office needs to be relayed to the office in writing no later than 5 working days prior to the event.
2. Please book the site number you would like and let us know what size the marquee will be. Shortest side must face judging ring with a maximum of 6 metres. Please note some sites can’t be made any larger see map. Please complete all details below. Not all Marquee Companies will be approved.
3. Commercial marquees are to be erected 2 days prior to the event to avoid conflict with other exhibitors and allow sufficient working space for the erectors. If a commercial marquee is not erected 2 days prior, then the reservation will be forfeited, and other members may set up with in that site. The commercial companies must be informed they will be contacted by the Dogs SA office with site details. The contract between the Marquee Company and the individual is a Private Contract and Dogs SA cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise with the marquee or the company.
4. Before a booking is accepted you must have details of company and marquee size clearly marked on the application. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you use the same name booking the Marquee with Dogs SA Office and the marquee hire company.
